So. Uh. Apparently I’ve payed the media fee for this term a total of three times! Once in cash (like I intended), one charge was added to my payment plan (without my confirmation or knowledge) and yet another one which was why I have a registration hold.

What the fuck?

So… even though my account is payed in full for this term, I have a financial hold (so I can’t register for classes) because my account is past due??? I also can’t find anything on the statement that indicates the account is past due. The entire system is automated and I’ve got nothing but automated messages about contacting the webmaster.

Fuck.
